Please read everything very carefully! This has everything you need to know as we approach Hawk Fest!

Hawk Fest 2026 - Game On! - Tickets/Silent Auction/Raffle Baskets

Date & Time: 

Saturday, April 18th, 4-7pm

Hawk Fest will occur rain or shine. If rain is predicted, activities may be moved indoors.

Tickets:

• If you purchased Early Bird tickets and are a Hawk Ridge student, wristbands will be sent home with your student this week.

• For all other tickets bought online, you will need to pick up your wristband at the entry tables the day of the event. Please present your Givebacks receipt at the event to receive your wristband(s).

• Online ticket sales are open online until 4/17 @ 11:59pm

• Tickets may be purchased at the entry tables day of the event with cash or card.

• $20/child 4-18yo

• Adults & children 3 & under are FREE

Parking:

• The front parking lot of the school is designated for Handicap parking (with proper decals), vendors, and volunteers ONLY. NO General Admission parking. 

• All other cars must park at the YMCA parking lot and enter at the trail that connects the YMCA and the back of the Bus Lot. Please see map below.

Entry Table Locations:

• Trail connecting the YMCA parking lots and the back of the Bus Lot

• Walkers, Handicap, Vendors, & Volunteers ONLY - entry table will be located between the front school parking lot and the bus lot.

• All activities will be located on the bus lot

Volunteer Instructions:

• Please park in the front school parking lot. The main parking lot entrance will be closed, so please use the carpool line entrance to enter the parking lot.

• Please arrive a few minutes before your assigned time to receive your assignment and volunteer badge.

• Check-in will be with Jacki Davis at the volunteer check-in table at the entry point between the front parking lot and the bus lot.

• Watch for an email with instructions the night prior to the event.
